Nomination for IDOL Donor

(Durga Puja, Lokhi Puja, Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja)

We are delighted to invite you to be a part of our cherished tradition by becoming an IDOL Donor for the upcoming Durga Puja/Lokhi Puja/Kali Puja/Saraswati Puja (2026-27) celebrations organized by AGOMONI.

Last Date of nomination: 15th April 2026

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: The devotee intending to donate the Idol should be aged 18 and above and should commit to the financial contribution required for the Idol.

Multiple Nominations: In case of multiple nomination received, lucky draw will be conducted during BorshoBoron program on 19th April 2026.

Declaration of Nominations: Final Donor’s names of different Idol's will be declared during BorshoBoron program on 19h April 2026.

Payment Confirmation: Idol Donor name will be confirmed only upon receipt of Full payment must be made within the specified timeline.

Acknowledgement: The donor’s name will be acknowledged during the respective puja events and in event materials (if applicable).

Usage of Funds: All funds will be used solely for the purpose of the Idol for their respective events. This includes the cost of IDOL, To & Fro expenses (from the IDOL workshop to the Puja Venue.), Labour charges etc.

Non-refundable: The donation is non-refundable even the advance payment made for Idol booking.

Compliance: IDOL Donors must adhere to the respective puja event’s guidelines and cultural sensitivities.

Termination of IDOL Donorship: In the event of a breach of terms, AGOMONI

The Executive Committee reserves the right to terminate the Idol Donor (without refunding any booking amount) and will allocate to other nominations received.

Force Majeure: The AGOMONI Executive committee will not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

Dispute Resolution: For any disputes, AGOMONI Executive Committee decision will be final.

Puja Rituals: All the puja rituals will be governed by AGOMONI Puja Committee. AGOMONI Executive Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on all aspects of the puja rituals.

Payment Terms:

Advance Payment: As soon the final IDOL donor names are declared, requested Devotees to make advance payment for confirming and completing their bookings on the same day (19th April 2025)

For Durga Puja: Idols (Advance Payment of Rs. 10,000)

For Lokhi Puja: Idol (Advance Payment of Rs. 3,000)

For Kali Puja: Idol (Advance Payment of Rs. 5,000)

For Saraswati: Puja Idol (Advance Payment of Rs. 3,000)

Remaining payment should be made on or before the following Months as mentioned below

For Durga Puja Idols (Payment to be completed by July 2026)

For Lokhi Puja Idol (Payment to be completed by August 2026)

For Kali Puja Idol (Payment to be completed by September 2026)

For Saraswati Puja Idol (Payment to be completed by December 2026)
